Pitta Wedges with parmesan cheese and italian herbs

A Simple Starter or Party food which is so simple to make and yet so delicious

Ingredients:
4 to 5 Pittas
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Chilli flakes if you like it spicy
2 tsp Italian Herbs

How to make:
1. Cut  pittas into half and make 3 wedges from each half.
2. Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup melted butter, you can reduce the quantity if you prefer less butter.  Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp Chilli Flakes and 2 tsp Italian herbs ( oregano, sage, basil, parsley) mix them well and add the wedges to the bowl. Toss them so that the wedges are well coated.
3. Take a baking tray and place them all separately on single layer. Bake them in the oven 190degrees C, 8 to 10 min.. They will turn out very nice n crispy. Enjoy them when they are warm…
