Mint & Coriander Chutney

Mint and Coriander Chutney is a great dip for Lamb Samosas, Pakoras or any savoury starters. My fav combo is dipping my spicy lamb samosas into this chutney and enjoy those lovely flavours. This simple chutney is so simple to make.



Mint Leaves – 1 small bunch
Coriander leaves – 1 big bunch or qty double to mint leaves
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt – 1/4tsp
Sugar – 1/2tsp

Grind all the above ingredients in a blender by adding very little water. Make it into smooth paste.

Serve as a dip to any Savoury Starters especially Lamb Samosas.
